I unfortunately was not able to send the Burnt Sienna arrangement. I was sending the flowers to my sister-in-law in Morden. Myra Rose Florist called to say that most of these flowers were not available in Morden and asked me to choose another arrangement from the Tele-Flora site. I expressed my huge disappointment in this so she called a couple of different florists in that area to see if they had the flowers. They did not so I had to go with a common everyday floral arrangement. This situation was out of their control and Myra Rose Florist cannot be blamed. They did everything they could and were ever so nice. The one suggestion I would make is that somewhere on their website should be a disclaimer advising customers that most of their arrangements are not available if being sent out of the city.
